Information for graduates planning to attend any post-secondary institution:
In preparing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), Parents/Guardians and students are required to create an FSA (Federal Student Aid) ID. Both parent and student must use their own personal email address in creating the FSA ID. The FSA ID will be used to electronically sign the FAFSA and is your passport to Federal aid. The state aid application PHEAA ( Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency) is available to you once you complete the FAFSA.For help with creating the FSA ID, please visit www.StudentAid.gov for comprehensive information or click here for a tutorial video.
