The Visual Arts Program at Primos Elementary School offers all students opportunities to develop artistically through the mastery of art concepts and skills. With a primary focus on the elements and principles of design, students are introduced to and explore a variety of art media, and techniques. The curriculum also includes an introduction to art history, master artists, cultural arts and references the connection of art to math, science, and language arts.

Primos is a multicultural community, which celebrates diversity through the arts. The students’ efforts are displayed throughout the school and in the district wide Annual Arts Festival. Primos offers a monthly after school art workshop.
