Dr. Matthew Alloway has worked throughout the Upper Darby School District for 22 years, including serving as a teacher, Assistant Principal at Beverly Hills Middle School, Assistant Principal at Upper Darby High School, and Principal at Drexel Hill Middle School, and Principal at Upper Darby High School. In addition to professional experience, Dr. Alloway seeks guidance for decisions based on being a member of your community and also a parent of children in high school and middle school. The responsibilities of all of us here at Upper Darby School District is to make certain that your families have access to the best educational experience that reflects the values of Opportunity, Unity, and Excellence.
Dr. Alloway has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Kutztown University, earning his Master’s Degree and Principal Certification from Penn State. He completed a Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility in addition to a Doctor of Education program at Immaculata University.
