    Rachelle Considine serves as the Assistant Director of Operations for Upper Darby School District, where she manages the back-office functions for Facilities, Transportation, and Capital Projects. Her extensive experience and unwavering dedication underscore her effectiveness in overseeing these essential operational areas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Drexel University and a Master of Education from Cabrini University, bringing a robust educational background to her role.

     

    Mrs. Considine's career in education began at Hillcrest Elementary School as a volunteer, with her enthusiasm and dedication quickly leading to formal roles from 2004 to 2009. After gaining experience in a neighboring district’s Business Office, then working as a secondary math teacher, She rejoined Upper Darby in 2021. Since her return, she has held several key positions, including Accounts Payable Specialist, Accountant, and now Assistant Director of Operations. These roles have enriched her understanding of district operations and reaffirmed her commitment to the district’s success.

     

    A long-time resident of Drexel Hill, Mrs. Considine has deep roots in the community. She and her husband, Rich, have raised their three children here, all of whom are proud graduates of Upper Darby School District. Her continued residence in the district highlights her enduring commitment to both the community and the schools she serves.

     

    Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Considine enjoys sewing and machine embroidery, which she took up to create personalized items for her grandchildren. She especially treasures the time spent reading to them and playing games. Her hobbies not only provide a creative outlet but also strengthen family bonds and create lasting memories.
